The Anti-Penguin is a sub-Saharan beast that was transported to Anti-Antarctica as a result of the Ottawa Indians invading The Congo. It was first discovered in 1838, but the Anti-Penguin ate scientist Thomas Jefferson before he could deliver the information to the Washington Gazette.
